Thats why you should never veto a trade unless its awful enough to suspect collusion (one guy out of the running dumps his good player(s) to a team in contention).

Every trade doesnt have to be "fair" in everyone's eyes, or there would never be any trades. Teams should be allowed to take chances on trades or basically you arent letting them run their own team, but trying to run it for them. theres a fine line, but when in doubt i think you have to let the trade go.
