Your biggest weakness is at QB, try trading for a more consistent QB. I would also pick up Hernandez from the WW.

I think Bradford might be a better QB option than Alex Smith at this point. The 49ers are reeling; I'd want no part of that team not named Frank Gore.

I agree with the others. QB is your only real weakness. Flacco will have some good games and some bad, and your team will be based on his performance alot. Id try to trade Foster and Flacco for a top-line QB and serviceable RB. or find the guy with the best backup QB and go after him (somebody probably has Vick or Rothlesburger on their bench and could use a RB or WR starter more)
