Week 4 Tight Ends

Postby fantasyrulz » Sun Sep 26, 2010 11:09 pm

I'm unfortunately not very knowledgeable with Tight ends, and I don't have a whole lot of available options for week 4.

EDIT: Thanks to Coach for helping me last week with the same problem!

As for this next week, I need to get a good match up tight end for another difficult game against my opponent, who has Chris Johnson.

my possible tight ends in my league

Greg Olsen (Chicago - at Giants)
Owen Daniels (Houston - at Raiders)
Heath Miller (Pittsburg - at Baltimore)
Aaron Hernandez (NE - at Miami)
Jermaine Gresham (CIN - at Cleveland Browns)
Todd Heap (Baltimore - at Pittsburg)
Brandon Pettigrew (Det - at Green Bay)

Any thoughts?

Thanks!

Wow that is a huge number of options. I personally will be going with A. Hernandez (benching Shiancoe for bye week), and I'm pretty happy with that since Sanchez just destroyed Miami with Keller. But among your options, I'd go with O. Daniels. Shaub should be forced to check down to the tight end several times in this game, and he seemed to be connecting with Daniels very well in week 3.

I'm kind of torn on this one. I drafted Daniels late and hoped he'd come around quickly but, although he's improved a little each week, it's just been a little. I kept him and added Hernandez this past week and the extra five points got me the sure win. I plan to keep Daniels at least one more week, but may not start him over Hernandez in week 4. I think those are the two best options of those listed and I'd lean towards Hernandez this week, or until Daniels begins to show something more...

I would pick up Hernandez for long term but Daniels may get some of the love this week against oakland....there will be a lot of love
