Favre is currently my only QB, so I either need to trade for one or pick up a guy off the waivers for week 4.
These guys are currently available on waivers: A. Smith D. Garrard C. Henne C. Batch B. Gradkowski V. Young M. Hasselbeck S. Bradford M. Sanchez
Since Favre has been struggling, I wouldn't mind picking up a QB for more long term so maybe a trade is a better choice. Here's my roster: QB - B. Favre WR - A. Johnson, S. Smith (Car), M. Clayton, T. Owens, D. Hester, V. Jackson (waiting til he comes back) RB - A. Foster, M. Jones-Drew, P. Thomas, R. Williams TE - J. Witten, A. Hernandez K - R. Gould DEF - Minnesota, San Diego
Suggestions for a good trade proposal?
Any help is appreciated since I'm now 0-3 (week 1 = Foster on my bench, week 2,3 = MJD and Favre didn't do anything) and in desperate need for a win.
QB - B. Favre, M. Sanchez WR - A. Johnson, S. Smith (Car), M. Clayton, T. Owens, V. Jackson RB - A. Foster, M. Jones Drew, P. Thomas, R. Williams TE - J. Witten, A. Hernandez K - M. Nugent DEF - Minnesota, San Diego
I'd look through the league and see if there's someone who has 2 QB's and is weak on one of the other positions. If it's a running back they need, I'd try to deal PT or Ricky. If it's WR, try to unload Steve Smith. If TE, try to sell them on Hernandez. Wait til tonight and see if Cutler has a terrible game. If so, his owner will be annoyed and he'll be a great target. Of those waiver choices, I like Sanchez, Henne, Bradford, in that order.
12 team H2H league, standard scoring, no PPR. QB: Cutler, Kitna RB: All Day AP, CJ2K, F.Jax, R.Brown, S. Greene, Dixon WR: G. Jennings, Roy Williams, M. Williams (sea) TE: J. Tamme Def: Denver K: Hartley, Carpenter
I was thinking that, even though it's the Raiders, Gradkowski might not be bad just for a one week sub since he's playing Houston who has been giving up a ridiculous amount of passing yards. Your opinion on that one?
