I'd start Floyd because he's the top WR target for one of the better QBs in the league.
I hate to start too many guys from one team, but if Mathews is still out this week then I'd lean to Tolbert, as well. I think the Chargers are going to get ahead and then give Tolbert the rock a bunch of times. Until DWill shows he still knows how to run I can't recommend him. Also, Carolina is going to get behind early and end up throwing a bunch of picks. The running game will be abandoned by the second half.

I'd go with Floyd probably. I can't see Clayton continuing his success, wheras Floyd should at worst be a solid WR3 option the whole year. Plus he has the better QB throwing to him.

It looks like Mathews is going to start so you gotta roll with DWill here. Otah should be back this week to help out their O-line. Considering it's a divisional game, CAR is at home, and they really need a win, you just never know what will happen here. DWill could break one off and/or have a great game.
