I think McCoy has the best value out of this group. Vick isn't going to tear it up every week, and the Eagles are going to lean on McCoy more. Forte is only good as his receiving stats so far this year, and when he doesn't catch anything, his running game can't make up for it. Charles is in a timeshare in KC and doesn't look to be a full time back this year.
I'd rank them McCoy > Charles > Forte right now but Charles does have a lot of upside still. He's currently the #12 RB despite limited touches. If he ever gets more, which he should later in the year, he'll definitely be worth more than McCoy. I'd consider taking Charles/Jones for McCoy if you can afford to lose a few points at RB in the short term or if you are weak at WR and want a very good upside pick in Jones. Or try to get a slightly better WR thrown in and then make the deal.

My WRs are
Andre Johnson Calvin Johnson Hakeem Nicks Malcolm Floyd
My Current RBs are
Mendy Mccoy Caddy Forsett Chester Taylor
I have also considered doing that deal for charles. He was willing to give me Maroney along with Charles instead of Jacoby Jones.
You're loaded at WR so Jones really wouldn't help and Maroney is not a good alternative. You've got 3 options:
1. Stay put - McCoy is more valuable now and the definite lead RB for the Eagles. You don't need Jones or Maroney so why risk Charles?
2. Trade for Charles - He has the potential to be better than McCoy and there is only a small drop-off in current value. Take the risk and pick your favorite of Maroney/Jones.
3. Work out a larger deal - Would McCoy/Forsett/Nicks for Charles/Forte/Jones be an option?
As long as you can start 3 RBs, I'd at least try for the larger deal. If that doesn't work, you should probably stay with McCoy unless you can get a better 2nd player in the deal. Right now he is a better option than Charles and if you do trade him, you should be able to get a better deal. Only take the original offer if you feel really strongly that Charles is set to break out soon.

Awesome advice. I did offer a larger deal to see if i can land the two. We'll see how it goes. If not I am fine with status quo. Thanks.
