Need to trade one of my QBs, help!

I have Vick, McNabb & Big Ben and only start 1 per week. Heres the rest of my team

WR-Roddy, R Wayne, H Ward
RB-Greene, McCoy, R Brown
TE-Cooley
K-Akers
D-Baltimore
BN- Hightower, D Thomas, Hester, Daniels

Who should I trade to upgrade my RB's?

I was targeting the teams with weak QB's. Would like to go after Benson on a team with Eli & Favre...is McNabb for Benson to much to ask? He also has Javid Best...

Team with Flacco has Tolbert & D Williams... do you think McNabb for D Williams is worth it?
Team with Romo, starting Henne for the week has LT/Beanie Wells/AP

Hate to say it, but the only QB for whom you're going to get a legitimate near stud is Vick. I might look to flip him for a top 15 RB or top 10 WR. If you want to try to trade McNabb or Big Ben, you're probably looking at a RB outside of the top 25 or a WR out of the top 20, ie not likely to crack your starting lineup.

I would be pretty comfortable rolling with McNabb and Big Ben and playing the matchups, so there is definitely something to be said for trading Vick. Just make sure you get somebody good. Vick for Benson sounds reasonable, maybe buy low on DeAngelo Williams if you're into that sort of thing? I might not trade Vick for Jahvid right now considering the injury scare. Forte or Jamaal Charles make interesting candidates too.

Thanks, I agree with you, I definitely need a #1 running back so I'm going to shop McNabb but ultimately I'd probably deal Vick for Benson if I had to, is that not bad considering I got Vick off free agents...maybe offer McNabb for D Williams first...

Agree, you will have to part with Vick. And you should trade him. You've solid QB depth with McNabb and Big Ben. find the teams in need of QB help and play hardball with Vick. His value probably will never be higher than right now. coincedentally, so too will MJD, Rice value ever be lower.

Trade vick for a RB1....you will be more than fine with Ben and Mcnabb....especially with a RB1

Is this the order you would offer some trades...

Vick for AP (he has Romo/Henne) - is this asking too much?
Vick for Benson (he has Favre/Eli)
Vick for A Foster or J Charles ( they are on the same team- he has Rodgers)
Vick for D Williams (he has Flacco)

D Williams for McNabb. Vick way too much value for underperforming DAW.
The others have good QB so won't want to part with RBs.

Now that I think of it, I think Vick is more valuable then Benson. I'm going to try McNabb for Benson or Best...thats more reasonable

In my league McNabb was drafted with the 97th pick (sandwiched between Thomas Jones and Fred Jackson), and I drafted Benson with the 15th pick. If the McNabb owner in my league offered me that trade, I would laugh in his face, and tell him to quit wasting my time. Best was drafted much lower at the 79th pick in my league, but after his 40 point performance in week 2 his stock skyrocketed. I think if you announced that Vick was on the trading block and that you were looking for a top tier running back, you could get most top RBs, short of CJ2K and AP.
