Is Green-Ellis here to stay?

I have the top waiver spot and was looking at a RB to pick up since right now because as the bye weeks come up I only have Hightower and Spiller my backups to Mendenhall and Pierre Thomas. I saw Green-Ellis out on the waiver wire and with Fred Taylor's injury, Im not sure whether or not he is worth the waiver spot. I just dont know if Green-Ellis will become the full-time RB if he stays healthy or if its still Taylor's job when he comes back from his injury making that pickup useless. Opinions?
