Ryan Matthews worth goin after?

I'm pretty sure I can get this guy for next to nothing, the guy that has him in my league hates him, but is that for good reason?

I don't know enough about the guy or the chargers to really tell if hes gonna be a back that I'm gonna want to start on my fantasy team.

For a Benchmark comparison, would you start T. Jones or R Matthews (in general not any particular matchup)

At this point I trust TJ more but Mathews has the talent to get it done. He was an injury risk in College though to. If you can get him cheap its a good deal
