Need help with my Flex starters....WHIR

I can't decide between the following for 3 flex RB/WR spots:
J.Knox @ NYG
B.Wells @ SD
B. (Law Firm) Ellis @ Mia
L. Moore VS CAR
R.Torain @Phi
M.Tolbert VS ARI

I'm leaning towards the last 3 on the list (Moore, Torain, and Tolbert) based purely on FP/Yds allowed by their opposing defenses.

Here is my team and league details:
10-Team H2H Yahoo (Start QB,WR,RB,TE,WR/RB1,WR/RB2,WR/RB3,K,IDP1,IDP2,IDP3)
QB-A.Rodgers,J.Flacco
RB-A.Foster, J.Best, M.Tolbert, B.Wells, D.Brown, R.Torain, B.Green-Ellis
WR-R.Moss, P.Harvin, J.Knox, L.Moore
TE-J.Witten, D.Keller
K-M.Nugent
IDP-J.Beason, J.Vilma, K.Dansby, S.Tulloch

Go B-Ellis, Wells, and Moore. Ryan Matthews will be back into action so that eliminates tolberts chance from posting big #'s

Id say Lawfirm....Wells and Moore.....Tolbert's value is gone with Ryan back, let Torain show you something before you put him in. He could get you nothing!!! L. Moore after that performance last week...you gotta play him, Wells will get you something for sure, and Lawfirm looks good.

I'd go Knox, Moore and BJGE. I'd still like to see Beanie produce before I can trust him. I like Torain, but Portis is still going to get enough carries to make him a tough start. If he stays healthy, I like him a lot later in the year. It looks like Mathews will be back this week so Tolbert will not get as many carries, likely just goal line work.
