It's hard to say in a vacuum, without seeing rosters and league settings, but in terms of value, both present and future, team 2 gets a clear win. I think Rice will be fine and very good, but DeAngelo Williams should rebound and but just a tier below him. Getting another useful RB option in Barber AND Vick, a top 10 QB is great. Again, need is what matters. If team 2 needs a QB, and Vick isn't just a luxury, then it's and amazing deal for them.

That being said I am in dire need of a solid qb. I have freeman and vince young right now.
