Flaco/McFadden for Orton/Benson Trade. Should I?

Got a trade proposal this week for Joe Flaco and Darren McFadden for Kyle Orton and Cedric Benson. A farely decent trade in my favor, but McFadden is having a year so far!!! Both backs are injury prone, and I really need a QB at this point considering my only other option is starting Flaco this week against Pitt @ Pitt. I also have Big Ben coming back for me in week 6. Not sure what I should do. Yahoo says I have a +32.09 favor doing this trade. Thoughts and help please. Thanks.

I wouldn't do it Mcfadden is going to be used a lot and from what I keep hearing in Denver they want to try and run the ball more.. I say no go!
