DWill/NYG Smith/Gonzo for Marsh/Q/filler--WHIR

Would you do this deal?

I give up:
-Deangelo Williams (no passing game=8 in the box every week)
-Steve Smith NYG (good reciever, but with Nicks/Manningham/Boss its going to be a different guy every week)
-Tony Gonzalez (other guy really wants a TE)

I get:
-Brandon Marshall
-Anquan Boldin
-either Peyton Hillis or Marshawn Lynch (sounds like a trade may be coming)

If Carolina ever figures out the running game, then I think he's getting the better end of the deal, but I'm not convinced that's going to happen. My Lineup would then be:

QB-Vick, Flacco
RB-Gore, Hightower, Stewart, either Hillis or Lynch
WR-A. Johnson, Marshall, Boldin, Crabtree, D. Thomas, Nanee
TE- i'd pick up A. Hernandez off waviers

No PPR, 2RB, 3WR, 1 RB/WR

I think even if Dwill gets going (he is usually slow starter never more then 90 rushing yds in sep) its still a even deal. if he doesnt then its advantage to you
