Trade help please?

I have been offered Moss, Fitzgerald, Flacco, and Celek for Welker, Ochocinco, Vick, and Shockey. If I would do this trade my starting team would be as follows:

Ryan/Flacco
Gore
Jones-Drew
Moss
Fitzgerald
Colston
Celek
Crosby
NYJ

I know on paper this would be a killer team but you don't win on paper. I have so many people saying not to do it but it is tempting.

What do you think?

I'm not sure why you would make that trade, I don't see where you upgrade.

Vick doesn't throw the ball to his TE so I think Celek is going to lose a lot of value this year. The Cards are a disaster and I don't know that Fitzgerald is going to do much. I would rather have Vick as my backup QB than Flacco, though it is closer than the rest. I guess Moss is an upgrade over Welker depending on the scoring format.
