4 players, 2 spots (Flex and WR2)

I have a difficult decision to make this week at the flex spot and WR2. I have BenJarvus Green-Ellis, John Kuhn, Hines Ward and Mike Sims-Walker. Normally I would play Ward without thinking about it but Batch only threw 17 passes last week so obviously they are looking to run and they are playing the Ravens this week. Let me know what you think I should do.
