New to this forum but need RB help and WHIR!

I can pick two running backs and I know for sure I want Arian Foster to start against Oakland.

But I can't decide whether to start Frank Gore against Atlanta or LeSean Mcoy against Washington. Both run defenses have been performing the same but Washington pass defense hasn't been that great and I think Philly will be throwing all over them. So do I bench Gore who I spent my first pick on or gamble on Mcoy?
