BAL or ATL defense?

i have the BAL D but can pick up ATL....which D is the better play for weeek 4

I'm playing Atlanta because they have an attractive match up . . . and I don't have the Ravens D.

The Ravens D always make a lot of good plays - sacks, picks, TDs which score big points in Fantasy.'

I would go with Ravens D/ST. Pittsburgh looked good last week, but I don't think will achieve similar results against a much tougher Baltimore defense. I see a very low scoring game, with many defensive stops.
