QB, WR & Flex help! WHIR as always

Postby chcbb » Fri Oct 01, 2010 8:23 am

For QB, do I go with
Schaub @ Oak
OR
Cutler @ NYG

Also, need to start 2 WR and one WR/RB... set at my 2 starting RBs w/ CJ2K & Benson...
My options:
C. Johnson @ GB
G. Jennings v. Det
M. Floyd v. Ari
P. Hillis v. Cin
MSW v. Ind
D. Thomas @ Ten (or pickup B. Edwards of the FA list...)

I'm leaning towards starting Jennings & Floyd at WR, and HIllis at the flex ... although not sure if I should stick Calvin in there instead.

At QB, I would give the slight edge to M. Schaub. I think he has a favorable match up. However, if A. Johnson is not playing I would look towards playing J. Cutler.

At WR, I would definitely go with G. Jennings and C. Johnson.

At Flex, I would give the edge to P. Hillis. I believe he has the greatest potential for touches out of your remaining options.

@ QB you should go with Cutler. Call me crazy, but I think OAK pulls off the upset here, but my reasoning is more in line with OAK's poor RUN DEF so expect to see a lot of run plays called by the HOU staff. Plus, whether or not OAK wins, it won't be by much, so HOU isn't likely to abandon their run game. I like Cutler in Martz system; there's tons of potential.

@ WR, Jennings is your sure start. I'd follow him with Floyd. Going back to OAK, the Cards didn't do much to stop the Raiders OFF and the Raiders aren't world beaters. I think Floyd is talented enough and he definitely has the second best match-up (after Jennings).

@ FLEX I'd go with Hillis, and can't even understand why this isn't a no-brainer. Does anybody look at anything other than "projections" and last week's production!? Hillis has produced all three weeks, and the first two he accomplished while giving up a lot of carries to Harrison, yet he still outperformed him. Whatever the Browns do with Harrison, Hillis gets the money touches and probably has the job, period.

Good luck man!

Some help for me, please? viewtopic.php?f=19&t=477883

Schaub for sure at home.
Jennings for sure
I'd think about picking up Edwards and starting him, or MSW
Hillis for flex for sure, he's getting the rock and lookin hot.
