Doesn't look like a tough call to me, and here's why...
My logic in sitting Hillis last week is that BAL was suppose to be tough against the run, and they had been, allowing no touchdowns on the ground through the first two weeks. BAL DEF is still tough, don't get me wrong, but do you think CLE's O-line is better than PIT's? I don't, and I also think Mendenhall is better than Hillis, and I love Hillis.
Go with Mendenhall and continue to take the wait-and-see approach with Mathews; who is living up to his oft-injured reputation coming out of college.
Some help for me, please?
