ian wrote:Personally, I would't trade Peterson for Gore and Finley, but it depends on how much you think Finley will blow up. Gore has 2 TD's this year, with only 1 on the ground. Now there's a new OC and his receiving yards (much like with Forte), I don't see as lasting. Peterson will get the carries and the points.

Finley has 265/0 TD's and Miller has 156/1 TD, so I don't get the love for Finley at the moment. He's been good, but he's not Gates in his prime and I don't see him being able to maintain high production if he has to be double teamed. I'd go for Miller, because I think he can have quality games and Peterson just outweighs Gore and FInely.

Thanks for the help. I was offered Jacoby Jones and Witten for Floyd. Take that?

what ian says makes sense

im not so high on witten, i think they use him to block allot because that line is terrible, and floyd is the #1 in san diego,

id see what the miller owner wants, and carlson is getting a ton of targets so see what his owner wants

getting Gore and Finley is very fair, but I'd wait to see how the new OC handles Gore. Murphy for Miller is a good safe move.

help on mine please:

now that we are starting bye weeks, i bet a lot of those guys with 2 TEs will start dropping 1 to fill in BYE players. Its already happening in my leagues. In a 14 person league, Winslow and Witten were dropped this week. So if you are patient you may get a FA TE for nothing. Tony Moeaki and Tony Scheffler arent available in your league by any chance? Id play either of them over Lewis.

I would def do that trade. Gore is a stud AND you are getting a dope TE.

Help Me Please.

Will probably have to do this even though I hate giving up Peterson.

I'm unsure what effect a new OC will have on Gore's touches, but I don't think they'll go down too significantly. It's more a spread attack, trying to get people other than Davis and Gore available to catch passes. That said - I just don't see the value of a deal that involves a "stud" TE. There are a TON of them out there putting up consistent solid numbers. I think this is barely a win for you, since the gap between AP and Gore is not much less than the gap between Finley and (insert TE here). Good luck!

I pretty much got Moss for trading away Gates. I was a bit uncertain after making it but I'm hoping you're right about the TE thing. Hopefully I can find a decent one

He asked me about my Peterson for his Gore and Finley. I asked him about my Calvin and Barber for his White. He needs a bye week filler and isn't a big fan of Calvin but I think I can get this done.

I own CJ and I would definably trade him and Marion Barber for Roddy White. CJ's situation just drags him down.
