I'm in STL and the news I'm hearing is more and more like SJ39 will be "doubtful" for Sunday's game. The Seahawks have been good against the run anyway, so I think he's a bad play all around. Even if he played, he's pretty much the franchise to the Rams, so they're going to be careful with him, and Darby and Toston are definitely going to help carry the load this weekend.

That said, I'd go:
McCoy and LT.
