Someone dropped him this week in one of my leagues too. From the Holmes dropper's perspective, I can understand if you have an immediate need having to add someone to your roster to start this week, hut how can you drop a player that you drafted knowing they won't hit the field til week 5. You see a season total of zero points and pull the dropping trigger, but that person has to be an idiot to not realize his potential upside as an almost lock as the Jet's Number One. Braylon will be suspended at some point for his stupidity of not calling a friggin limo that night, and besides, he's terrible anyways.

I have a strong suspision that DHB lights it up this week, and maybe you have other potenital dead weight on your team.

I didn't though this week. Ended up dropping Mason/ Fred Taylor for Lance Moore/ Santonio Holmes in a 14 teamer. Mason still has value, but starting next week, I'd start Holmes over him any day.

In the end, even if DHB has value soon, you can't pass up Holmes potential value. He'll have something to prove and a favorable situation to do just that.

Yea you definitely should take a shot with him.

Raiders WR's are going to be very hit or miss. Gradkowski has actually been decent in real-life, but I don't think he is going to change DHB's value which is slim at best.

Holmes absolutely has upside as he will be the WR1. I would definitely take a shot and hope for the best.

Thoughts on mine? viewtopic.php?t=478028
