Which D/ST would you start this week?

Colts (vs. JAX)
or
Seahawks (vs. STL)

Leaning towards SEA right now because Garrard has actually done surprisingly well against the Colts in years past and I expect a performance better than Week 2/3 (although thats easy to top). I'm still on the fence though so I'd like to hear more thoughts. Thanks guys.

Yeah, I like the Hawks better this week as well...Rams wont be able to run...Bradford will have to throw alot...plus Hawks special teams look good

I think they're very close in rankings this week. I go with Seattle because I think the Colts will score quickly and make their Defense be on the field often. But it's really close.

Colts are horrible vs the run + MJD itching for a break = go with SEA :-)

Seattle is the better play. MJD is looking for a breakout game, and the Colts run defense could be what he needs. Seattle should hold the Rams to fewer points, especially if Jackson is on the bench, and probably force a few more turnovers.
