wk 4: larry fitz, boldin, mcfadden<walter, clayton, lawfirm?

This week I feel like starting Kevin Walter, Marc Clayton and Benjarvis Green-Ellis over Larry Fitz, Boldin and Darren McFadden.

Although all the guys I benched are all consistent studs, I just hope this is the right decision. Larry Fitz in unfortunately plagued with a bad QB situation and minimal help from the run game/defense. Sadly, I may be trading him soon. Boldin is playing Pittsburgh, and as the #1 receiver in Baltimore I am sure they will shut him down first, leaving Flacco to be creative in which weapons he uses. Run DMC is playing against Houston, who have been very stingy when it comes to rush ypg this year.

That being said, Kevin Walter (new acquisition) at Oakland? Marc Clayton at Seattle? Benjarvis Green-Ellis emerging out of the NE backfield in the wake of Maroney's trade and Faulk's & Taylor's difficulties?

It's also a big gamble week for me. I'm starting Hines Ward. Baltimore got embarassed last week giving up that many rushing yards to Cleveland. It is not going to happen twice, especially with Ray Lewis being the emotional focal point of the team. I saw a stat saying that only 3 times in 15 years did Baltimore give up 2 100+ rush ypg. That being said, Mendenhall will probably get shut down (never been a big fan of him, just a fan of Pitt O line), and out of all of Charlie Batch's options, I feel like he would have a lot of looks to Hines. Hines is not a # 1 receiver, but is a trustworthy veteran who has played against the Ravens twice a year this whole decade. Out of the whole Pitt/Bal mess, I feel like Hines will come out on top.

I am also starting DeAngelo Williams and Mike Tolbert. I don't really like these guys in particular, they are just both playing 2 weaker defenses (NO and Arizona), so I am hoping to increase their trading stock.

Starting: RB: Williams and Tolbert WR: Collie and Hester Flex: Clayton, Hines, Walter, Green-Ellis
Bench: Boldin, Fitz, DMC, Gaffney, Braylon Edwards, [Moreno]
Bye: AP, Harvin, [Romo]

Any thoughts on any of the numerous risks I am taking this week?

bump.... 1st year fantasy owner looking for advice on this strategy. I know that I shouldn't bench my studs, but with the large amount of starters we are able to have, I can play a lot of 2nd tier guys playing weak defenses. It seems there is more risk in losing out on the potential 20 points than the usual 10 from Larry Fitz. Also, I have Pittsburgh D, so it's worse banking on Boldin for me
