What should I offer to get CJ2k?

Postby Teampunjabi » Fri Oct 01, 2010 8:23 pm

I have tried offering Jennings Beanie and Greene for CJ but he wont budge...what do you think I should offer....his team is really weak here.

His team:

QB Kyle Orton
WR Lee Evans
WR Brandon Lloyd
RB Chris Johnson
RB John Kuhn
TE Zach Miller
Q/W/R/T Mike Tolbert
BN D. Bowe
BN Todd Heap
BN Roy Williams
BN Josh Freeman
K Rob Bironas
Defense/Special Teams
DEF Tennessee
BN Minnesota

My team:
QB Aaron Rodgers
WR Miles Austin
WR Greg Jennings
RB Arian Foster
RB Clinton Portis
TE Chris Cooley
QB/W/R/T Alex Smith
BN Crabtree
BN Beanie Wells
BN Maroney
BN Shonn Greene
BN Demaryius Thomas

You're looking at more of a Austin/Foster for CJ trade. CJ owners will always want more than he's worth...always.

SO if I were to give an offer that would benefit me and would be his worth...so that I wont be overpaying what would I give.

If would be great if you had a very solid QB2 because that would attract anyone who only owns orton, but Smith isn't quite good enough. I think you have to give up Foster since no one is strong enough to give up CJ and not get a good RB out of it, he is no exception. I would throw Jennings in there because his name is pretty big now but is still growing because of the offense he is in. What a lot of people don't really think about is how much the ball is spread around in GB, which hurts all the receivers in GB. You may want to add a third player in there that won't screw you over. This is kind of a preference and just depends on how you value your players.

yeah I am trying to capitalize on him being 0-3 and I was hoping to get CJ for less than market but I guess he has that number #1 pick attachment
