Need QB help... do I trade Knox for Palmer?

Ok I have Flacco and I really do not like his matchup against the Steelers this week. We start 2 WR and I have Colston, Calvin Johnson, Kevin Walter, Mike Wallace, and Johnny Knox. Been offered Carson Palmer for Knox. I know Palmer has been shaky this year but I think it may make sense to trade Knox for him since the Bengals are playing Cleveland this week.

Is Palmer the best QB you can get for Knox? Personally, I would just roll with Flacco since I think Palmer stinks. I would look around to see if there's another QB you could get. I just think Knox is worth mre than Palmer. I wouldn't trade him for 1 week at QB.
