Need RB help bad

I am in a 16 team .3 PPR salary capped keeper league. We start 2 RB's, so they are at a premium. I started the year with Ryan Grant as my contracted RB and drafted A. Foster. My backups (which I have been playing 1 of since week 2) are Buckhalter, Taylor, and Ivory. None of the teams in my league are stacked at RB, so no one is trading at this point in the season. On the Free Agency list are M. Morris, L. Betts, F. Taylor, and K. Williams. Should I play one of my backups this week and if so, which one, or should I pick up one of the free agents?

Is john Kuhn a free agent, I could be a good play this week.

Kuhn was taken off the waiver wire last week. My problem is I'm still 7th on the waiver wire order and there hasn't been any RB's left at the end of the waiver period.

What about Torain? Is he gone as well?

Damn.......your in a tufff spot. I guess I would go with Buckhalter. Unless P.Thomas is a no go, then Ivory would be a good play.
