All my byes have come at once - lineup quandary

This week I have AP, Jamaal Charles, Felix Jones, Marion Barber and Dez Bryant on byes
(non-ppr, 2RB,2WR 1 flex) - all ive got left on the roster is

Flacco (im probably going to drop him for henne)
Demariyus thomas
Brandon Marshall
Brandon Jackson (will probably get fewer carries than Kuhn, but it is the lions and he must know if he has another bad game they probably bring in marshawn lynch)
Jon Stewart (Carolina will surely have to run the ball a lot)
Pierre Garcon (who is out)

Im happy to start marshall, but all the others have huge question marks, i didnt manage to land any of the hot pickups on waivers
My questions are:
1) of the available FAs who should I pick up to replace Garcon? Im leaning towards gaffney as then I have 2 pieces in the broncos WR big game rotation, ladell betts always seems to produce as well
2) should I give stewart and Bjax another chance to produce something? or do I go for broke and make major changes meaning I would have to drop them from my roster and may never get them back? Im ready to give up on jackson but not stewart - i cut him after a few games last year and regretted it.
available FAs are:
RBs: Maroney, Fred Jackson, Ladell Betts/Chris Ivory, Ryan Torain, Kevin Smith/Mo Morris, John Kuhn
WRs: Jabar Gaffney, Lance Moore, Jacoby Jones (andre johnson has that injury cloud...walter could draw asomugha)
