Rice (dinged against Steelers) or Forsett (question mark)

Have the rest of all my lineup set in standard scoring league and am down to this last flex option.

Rice is dinged up and going against the Steelers otherwise I wouldn't think twice about starting him.

But is Seattle's Forsett the full-blown starter? The Seahawks play the Rams this week.
