Pierre thomas, possible sub in? WHIR

So pierre thomas is a game time decision. I'm debating if I should put someone else in. Since its by week this are my options for him(he's at flex right now):

Mike Bell(Phi)RB vs Washington
Roscoe parrish(Buf)WR vs NY Jets
LaRod Stephens-Howling(Ari)RB at San Diego
Mike Goodson(Car) at New Orleans

Should I choose one of those or just hope thomas starts? My league's .5 PPR. Of those my guess is goodson or parrish. As always, help and post a link and i'll help you.

I'm sitting Thomas as well...Even if he is active he will be limited....I would roll with Goodson actually....could get 4-6 catches

Tough call. I would hold out making a change until the last possible second and hope that Thomas plays. If not, I guess Parrish, but honestly those are some rough choices.
