Shut Down Defense?

I'm becoming more and more impressed by Jacksonville's D. They gave up minimal points to Penny this week, minimal points to McNair last week and they have been very good against the run. Do they enter the upper-middle class range of defenses?

I've noticed that as well. They kept Jamal Lewis quiet a few weeks back too.
