Olsen, Hernandez, or Gronkowski?

I'm getting smoked in my league and benched Celek. I need to pickup one of those two. I already have Welker so I'm concerned about getting 2 guys on the Pats that are short to mid yardage guys. Plus Hernandez doesn't get the GL work, so his potential is around 6-9 points. Olsen could be 3, but high as 12... Gronkowski could get a TD as well...what do I do?
