I allowed this thread to influence me into playing Hillis over Turner. But so much for Seattle's run defense.

not too far off :-b

26 carries...88 total yards...2tds. so i was off by a td and 2 yards :-D . i was however completely wrong about the falcons blowing the seahawks out. i cant believe that seattle couldve won it with a FG in the end. doh :-)

Came back to eat half a crow. Yep, he had two TDs, but that YPC sucked, and his day was saved by a TD we blew contain on and another that he doesn't get 9 out of 10 times.

This, right here, is the time you sell him as high as he's going to get during this season. And even at that, it has to be a buyer who isn't paying attention...

I still don't know why you would sell - he's a volume back who plays on an offense that moves the ball... as said, style points don't count. His floor is 1200/10.

He gets a steady diet of touches. His ypc may continue to be unimpressive, but I can't recall playing in a league where you get bonuses for YPC. Total yardage and TDs are what count. And Turner will continue to have plenty. The guy is an every-week starter/high-end RB2.

He will continue to churn out solid games all year. Nothing about his situation is likely to change. "Selling high" doesn't apply IMO. Atlanta also has one of the easiest strength of schedules for RBs.

Yeah, I know. 20 targets a game is ridiculously low.

"Turner may not have the yardage, but Atlanta should dominate ToP and in all likeyhood will be playing with a lead the majority of this game (which is getting mighty close to must win time for ATL), 70 yards and 2 TD isn't unreasonable"

Price is Right, I win (you went over) ;-D :-) :-D

Did you just try to do a smart arse response and not realize that you're responding to a post from October 4th, 2010?

Yeah. You did. :)
