Max Hall the next Drew Brees...

Postby PurpleHaze » Mon Oct 04, 2010 12:09 pm

Max Hall is special... He is Danny Whites nephew, and football is in his blood.

I think this kid has a great football mind, and ability..
He is built, like Brees/Montana...Not as big as prototype QB, Smaller in size, but Smart, and accurate!

All this said....
Is he the next Drew Brees?
That would be sweet, but I would like to see him start a few games in the NFL first.

Looks like he will get that chance.. Whiz will anounce this week, Max Hall to be starter going forward.

No one will be happier, than Fitz! :-°

Bring on the MAX HALL era :-D

If Whiz announces that the 'Max Hall era" has begun I would LOVE to be a fly on the wall when he explains to Docket, Rhodes, Porter, Faneca, and A-Dub that this is a rebuilding year. Thats not what they were promised (including the season ticket holders).

Benching Anderson was the first bad call whiz has done since he got to Arizona. If our QB situation was so bad we should have done EVERYTHING we could to lock McNabb. At this point I would give a 1st round draft pick AND Max Hall for Kevin Kolb but unfortunately with Vick's injury I think we lost the boat on this one as well.

They could have had Vick as Arizona was one of the teams that the Eagles actively shopped him to during the spring/summer

Nobody wanted to touch Mike Vick. And I cant really blame them. I mean hindsight is 20 20.

As predicted.... Let the Max Hall era begin! :-B

Max Hall-QB-Cardinals Oct. 6 - 1:30 pm et

Max Hall will be the Cardinals' starting quarterback in Week 5 against New Orleans.

It was Ken Whisenhunt's only real choice. The situation is pretty good for the undrafted rookie to make his first NFL start, as the Saints aren't forcing near as many turnovers as last year and have gotten just one sack in four games out of DEs Will Smith and Alex Brown. Hall is worth grabbing immediately in two-quarterback leagues. He's an instant upgrade over Derek Anderson in terms of accuracy and football smarts, and should help the cause of Larry Fitzgerald with more after-catch opportunities. The Cards will likely also look to feature Beanie Wells in the running game to "take pressure off" Hall.

With so many injuries.... I have J.Cutler and M.Vick both out in my (2)QB league... grrrrrrrrrrrrrr :-o

Gonna pick up, Mr.Hall since pickings are slim...

Let's hope VS. Saints he can throw a bunch to catch up, and get lucky with a couple TD's...

Looking for 27-41 completions.. 3 TD's 1 INT 2 sacks 270+ yards passing.

Gotta dream! :-°
