0-4 Blues - Advice needed

I'm in an 8 team league for the first time, and have effectively mis-managed my team. I've left points on the bench which could have gave me the win in 3 of the 4 weeks. I've been successful in FF with 10 team and my deep salary cap keeper, but this 8 team has me baffled. My roster is:

QB Brady
RB R Matthews
RB M Turner
WR R Wayne
WR J Maclin
WR M Williams (tb)
TE J Finley
K Akers
D PHL
BENCH::
RB:: Forte, Tolbert, T Jones
WR::T Owens, D Bowe, L Moore

8 man league, non PPR, Yahoo scoring. I am struggling with the Mathews/Tolbert situation and haven't sat Turner yet. I had TO on my bench this week. I have a trade offer TO for Addai. I waived Sims-Walker today and picked up T Jones, Michael Bush is out there. Going to have to waive Lance Moore or Forte to pick up a QB for Week 5.
Most of the teams are pretty deep in the 8 team, but it's hard to get a trade cooking. Hard to find what my most valuable trade baIt is besides Reggie Wayne. Sorry for rambling... Any advice is appreciated. I always suck at making FF trades since I think I am usually getting ripped off.

Oh and I was working a trade for Bradshaw that fell through last week, they wanted Maclin. Not sure if that would still be an option now.

All teams are pretty good in an 8-team league. I would pay closer attention to the matchups for each player. i would dump Maclin since Vick injured now and Kolb cannot extend plays. You need a backup QB. Trade T.Jones to the J.Charles owner, because they will want the handcuff.
