Big Ben for Palmer

I am being offered Big Ben for my Carson Palmer... I know people are high on Palmer this week. Do I win in this trade?

I personally think Big Ben has better upside than Carson.
I don't know that Palmer is "back" when he hits TO all day with weak coverage.
I think Steelers have more to play for and reports are that Ben has been working out like crazy with QB coaches during the suspension.
I like Ben in the trade.
