Trading for Ray Rice

This team in my league is really crippled at WR and low on Ray Rice. I'm still pretty inexperienced at trading and want to try and get Rice from him. We start 2 RB 3 WR and no flex spot. No PPR. My roster is in sig.. his is as follows

QB: Brady
WR: Manningham, Jones, Gaffney, Breaston, Jenkins
RB: Benson, Tomlinson, Rice
TE: Gates, Gonzalez

I've got a few thoughts but I don't want to create any bias by posting them just yet. What do you think about Rice going forward? I'm sure I could trade for Benson or LT as well. Any suggestions? Thanks ahead.. WHIR 100%

Well, I wouldn't trade too much for him because you have good RBs. Throw out TO and see how he reacts. He'll say no, but maybe he'll counter with a WR you can part with. I wouldn't get rid of Wayne or Wallace. I think Rice is worth Jennings, but then remember, you are also helping him through this trade. Would you play Rice over Turner and Foster other than bye weeks?
