First things first, standard scoring 11 team ESPN league with World of Warcraft guildies. We start 1 QB, 2 RB, 2 WR, 1 RB or WR, 1 TE, 1 D/ST, 1 K.
My roster: QB: Flacco, Big Ben RB: Peterson, Benson, Hillis, Addai WR: Colston, Wallace, Garcon, Holmes, Thomas (Den) TE: Witten, Shockey D: Vikings, Seahwaks K: Adam Vinateri
His roster: QB: Rodgers, Sanchez RB: Jackson (GB), Green-Ellis, Thomas (NO), Barber - drafted Ryan Grant 1st round WR: Ochocinco, Collie, Ward, Clayton TE: Gonzalez, Carlson D: Bengals, Cowboys K: Reed, Kaeding
He proposed a trade of Big Ben/Benson for Rodgers and probably a WR. I doubt I could get Ocho, Collie, or Ward from him so that would leave Clayton for a possible full trade being Big Ben and Benson for Rodgers and Clayton.
Flacco has been decent this year, discounting that effort against the Bengals at least, but Rodgers would still be an upgrade for me and I'm certain I could spare Benson. I'm still a little reluctant to pull the trigger though, so I'm putting it up here to get some other opinions on it.
EDIT: He changed his mind on the trade, now wants to offer Ochocinco for Benson.

Yes, I would do that. I also don't think you'll get his first 3 WRs, but Clayton is no slouch. I would put him ahead of Garcon at this point easily. I would do that trade easily.
12 Team League. We start 2 QBs and get .5 PPR, otherwise standard scoring QBs: Stafford, Fitzpatrick, Collins RBs: Charles, Mendenhall, Best, Starks, Carter, Karim WRs: D. Jackson, Marshall, S. Smith, Green, TE: Hernandez, Cook
I'd make that deal and then see what you could get for Flacco or even Rodgers if you could get Round 1/2 value, as i trust Flacco. Assuming you dont start 2 QB, of course.
Apparently he has changed his mind from what we discussed and Big Ben/Benson for Rodgers/Clayton is a no-go. He's since offered Ochocinco for Benson straight up. Asking for further advice as I'm not inclined to accept this trade.
