Favre vs Sanchez/Bradford

I have Vick and Big Ben on my Roster but I need a QB for this week. Favre is also on my roster but looking forward to Week 5 I see Sanchez or Bradford as better options.

Should I drop favre and pick up either Sanchez or Bradford?

Help greatly appreciated.
