Trade Charles for Turner or move AJ?

Im in a 12 team standard scoring yahoo league. non PPR we play 1 QB 3 WR and 2 RB K D

I was offered Turner straight up for J Charles. Im not sure this would help me that much. Should I look to try and trade AJ?
