Shaun Hill or Sam Bradford

Postby killatb212 » Tue Oct 05, 2010 12:46 pm

My two starting QB's are the Manning Brothers and my third stringer is Josh Freeman who has cooled off dramatically.
I intend to waive him and pick up either Shaun Hill or Sam Bradford for the time being since Peyton and Eli have bye weeks looming in the next couple of weeks.

Shaun Hill has been somewhat impressive since taking over for Stafford, but do we have any idea when he might return. Bradford on the other hand has played within his means so far this season.

Any opinions on which one to keep for acouple weeks?

Bradford is the answer because Shaun Hill has the same bye week as P. Manning (week 7), so you can't use him as a fill in on one of the two bye weeks where you need one (week 7 and week 8). Plus, that's a fantasy eternity from now, and you can expect Stafford to be back by week 8 as well. You can also expect Bradford to improve and have higher value by then.
But personally, I'd stick with Freeman over both of these guys. Both he and Bradford have great week 7 & 8 schedules. (STL & ARI, or TB & CAR)
