Lynch Trade Question....Please help

I picked Lynch up a couple of weeks ago hoping for a trade to GB. Anyway, I was just offered Malcolm Floyd in a one for one deal. Is that a good trade for me? Or, should I hold out and hope for something better?

QB Eli Manning
RB Tomlinson, Charles, Greene, Forte, Lynch
WR Andre Johnson, Randy Moss, Johnny Knox, Legeduu Naanee
TE JerMichael Finley
DST Bengals & Bears

Based on performance to date, I have a weak roster. I'm not sure if this is an upgrade or not. If it is, please let me know. Leave a link if you need help.

I play in a 12 team standard league. We play one RB, two WRs and one flex (RB/WR) every week.

I'd take it. Floyd becomes your WR3, while Lynch doesn't figure to see your lineup much (especially needing to start only 1 RB - though I'm sure you'd use a RB in the flex).
