First Waiver for M.Bush or Torain?

I have also acquired the first waiver, should I burn it on Michael Bush, Ryan Torain, LeGarette Blount or nobody? (I know that Bush and Torain have been claimed, pretty sure Blount hasn't been). Another option is VINCENT JACKSON, I don't exactly know the situation but would he be worth it for my roster?

I'm also currently in last place at 1-3 with three others in my team, but I have the fewest points scored.

I'm leaning towards staying put because I would love to use my #1 waiver on a WR, but I don't want to sit around all season with the first priority waiver and never use it.
