Ray Rice and Addai for MJD

This is a proposed trade. Who's getting a better deal? Will Rice ever live up to his pre-draft expectations?

I think whoever is getting MJD is giving up too much. Ray Rice for MJD might be a fair trade in most leagues if it weren't for Rice's healthy concerns and poor start out of the gate. I'm convinced he'll be fine though. Addai is no slouch either. I wouldn't trade away two starting RBs for one. My two cents anyway.
