Un-Fun RB/Flex decisions this week! 0.5PPR

Postby NotJohnTillerman » Wed Oct 06, 2010 7:11 pm

Got some byes and some bangups this week and I'm in a bit of a pinch here.

RBs: Turner, Thomas, Hightower, Forsett (BYE), Snelling
WR: Wayne, Maclin, Ward(BYE), Bess(BYE), Manningham

League starts two RB, two WR, and one RB/WR flex.

As of this moment I'm runnin with
Turner, Thomas, FLEX: Hightower, Wayne, Maclin

My issues: No great choices at WR2, and if PT doesn't play this Sunday my outlook looks even worse.

Is Maclin as worthless as he seems without Vick under center? Bad enough to give Manningham the start?

If PT goes down for sure, do I dare start the Turner/Snelling tandem, or play Manningham as my flex? Do I do this even if PT stays questionable since they might ease him back into the rotation?

The waiver/free agent list is looking pretty thin, but I could grab Amendola, Lee Evans, or maybe Derrick Mason from FA, or throw a claim in for Kuhn possibly.

As my magic 8-ball says... outlook; not so good. Any magical advice?

if PT is in I would stick with hightower at flex, if PT sits id bump maclin into the Flex spot - that's definitely the safe play
