So you have a Flex and a RB to fill? If so, I'd go with Torain over Wells, I think NO will actually blow ARI out this week and force ARI to abandon the run for the 2nd straight week. For similar reasons, I'd go with Moore in the flex, as I think he'll be a big part of why ARI will abandon the run.

I say Torain no doubt. He has lots of value and more than I think everyone expects. GL

Hate to go so against the grain... but Torain/Moore. Torain will get plenty of touches and Moore even despite all the other options in NO is hot and talented, so I'd roll that way.

No love for wells? Won't they try and take some pressure off Max Hall by running it a ton?

If you just looking to fill the flex (which it appears), Torain is your man. The Skins run alot just like all Shanny offenses and Portis wont be there to steal his carries. He'll likely see 20+ touches which makes it a no brainer for me. Beanie will split with Tim and the others are WRs. I prefer a starting RB in my flex for number of touches alone. GL
