I'm a Type 1 Diabetic and I was wondering if Cutler's blood sugar was low. Sports radio in Chicago was discussing this today and I think they may be right. He was not making good decisions even before he got knocked out of the game. Either he was concussed earlier than reported or, IMHO, his blood sugar may have been too low which results in the brain getting sluggish and making poor decisions until the proper sugar level is restored. Almost any insulin dependent diabetic will know this first hand but Cutler has only been diabetic for 2 or 3 years and may still be learning how to handle his illness. I can instinctively feel when my blood sugar is dropping but I have been a Diabetic for 34 years.
Go Bears!
