Cutler out, need to pick up a QB, who to drop? WHIR

Postby saemick » Thu Oct 07, 2010 12:33 pm

Cutler is ruled out this week, so I had to drop my DST for Hill. I then realized I have an illegal roster w/o a DST. so Now I'm forced to drop someone to pick up a DST. So, who do I drop? Here's my roster (it's a 12-team league, but only 15 roster spots):

12-team, .5pt per reception
QB: Cutler, Vick, Hill
RB: Gore, Hillis, M. Bush, Fred Jackson
WR: Fitz, Jennings, S. Smith (CAR), Crabtree, M. WIlliams (TB), Dez Bryant
TE: Hernandez
K: Prater
D:
Scoring: 10yds rush/rec = 1pt, 25yds pass = 1pt, TD = 6pts, fumble/int. = -2pts

The only players I think I can part with are Dez Bryant, Crabtree or Steve Smith...none of which I really want to part with...

Help please!!!

Out of that group I drop Crabtree. Bryant has potential and has already been through a Bye.

Crabtree may develop, but that's a big may....

Either drop Crabtree, or don't play a D. Personally I am fed up with the hype about him. I still have him in one of my leagues, and as soon as he has a good week I am selling him to the highest bidder.

As a Niner fan I hate to say it, but I'd drop Crabtree.

Crabtree for sure. San Francisco's offense just sucks, theyre 0-4. Crabtrees only an OK receiver on a crappy team and that doesnt give him much value.

Help with mine?

My original plan was to simply not start a D, but apparently our rules require ALL positions be filled...even if it's with someone on a bye...so, if I start no D, I essentially forfeit this week.

Looks like Crabtree is the guy to go though.

Thanks for the help
