Torain/Floyd for moss? whir

Postby B3N1ZJAM1N » Thu Oct 07, 2010 12:49 pm

What is his value right now going into a new offense with Favre throwing to him? The guy who owns moss also has portis, and I own torain. So I'm thinking I'm going to trade him Torain/Djax or Floyd for Moss. Who is more valuable right now....DJax or Floyd, since Vick is out I'm worried about DJax. So is this trade worth it?

My roster

I think long term, Jackson is more valuable so I would go with the Torain/Floyd and see what he does. He needs to do something because his RBs are bad.

help?

Jacksons the better receiver so I'd trade away Floyd. Youre in a pretty good spot because you can probably sell Torain high right now. However, I dont think you should even trade in the first place. You dont gain much and its actually a pretty big risk. Moss could be a bust with the vikings. Farves been bad, and I know he hasnt had anyone to throw to but thats not much of an excuse for a veteran qb. Its up to you if you wanna take the risk, but if you do trade I'd say go for Torain and Floyd for Moss.

If you opt to make the trade I'd def say go with Torain/Floyd.

I'm in the same boat of wondering if I should trade for Moss as well. Thoughts?

If moss ends up improving after this trade then the torain/floyd deal is solid. however, I am personally not sure he and favre are going to immediately start connecting....even if moss decides to try.

It is a gamble, but I agree that you should deal torain while he is a hot commodity.

go for Moss....everyone saw what Favre did last year when he had a legit deep ball threat (Rice) Favre is almost giddy right now to have another deep threat again....espc with Favre loving to put the ball up and having a stud (AP) to keep D's honest the Vikes also wouldnt have made that trade if they werent going to get him heavily involved IMO..... get Moss hes gonna be a beast

Help with mine please?? viewtopic.php?f=19&t=479332

I'd certainly take Moss for Torrain and Floyd because the ceiling is pretty high for Moss in Minny. Torrain won't hold the job all that long and his value will be gone and you'll be left with Floyd.

Help with mine if you have a chance.
When in doubt, punt!

I'd offer the trade of Torain/Floyd. Jackson's value is slightly higher than Floyd. Torain is 3 deep on your bench, so you basically getting Moss for Floyd... no brainer.
