Do I drop Steelers D? WHIR

Postby HeadMed » Thu Oct 07, 2010 2:10 pm

I know I would snatch them up if I was someone else in my league (even though they are on a bye week), but I don't know who else to drop.

10 team, non-PPR yahoo league. qb, rb, rb, wr, wr, wr/rb, k, def
my roster:
qb: brady, eli
rb: MJD, DeAngelo Williams, Run DMC, Tolbert
wr: Austin, T.O., Brandon Lloyd, Mark Clayton, Percy Harvin, Jeremy Maclin
k: rackers
def: steeelers

Any recommendations will be much appreciated. I have even mulled around the idea of playing with no D. Please leave a link

With Moss going to the Vikings, and Percy moving back to his normal slot there are lots of people expecting improved performance out of Percy. Perhaps you can wheel a 2-for-1 trade that improves you somehow and opens a slot for a defense.

Otherwise, I would just not play a D this week.

Haha I do this all the time. Trade 2 guys for 1 beast, then pick up an extra D

Thanks for all of the replies. I am currently scouting the league for someone that needs some 2 or 3 spot WR's. Otherwise I will probably drop maclin as he doesn't seem to produce with Kolb. I am pretty sure all of his TD's have been with Vick....and last week with Kolb at the helm maclin didn't get many looks.
